- RRRazMay 24, 20211.0My fiancée and I went in at 7pm (shop closes at 8) to buy a wedding ring after not finding the correct size in the cardiff queen street branch. Two lady workers sat there chatting and on phones which i guess isn't a problem if the shop is dead quiet. The one lady came to assist us and after showing us a few rings disappeared for a while then returned and showed us a couple more. All the while she kept looking at her watch and tapping her foot. The shop was empty, until another couple came in for a brief time so clearly she wasn't busy and was just plain rude. Being in an out of town shopping centre probably means this place doesn't get many customers but its no excuse for that type of service. FYI we left having purchased a ring at 7.50pm. Plenty of time for her to go back to texting or whatever she was doing during work time
